Hey, new friends. I’m Kay Le, a graphic designer/photographer.
Since 2019, I have started my Graphic Design program at Centennial College in Toronto, Canada to pursue the Ontario College Advanced Diploma. I would say wow, that's an amazing experience. I know how to use tools such as AI, InDesign, After Effect, and Coding skills to create artwork such as banners, posters, stationery, websites, mobile apps, etc.
I love design and photography soooooo much. I enjoy playing with and combining photographs that I took with graphic design skills to create stunning artwork such as branding and editorial design. Due to working in diverse disciplines, I have an outstanding mindset and good design thinking, and I am trained in designing for both digital and print platforms.
More than design, I’ve been learning and doing as a freelance photographer since 2015. I take portrait and editorial photography but sometimes mix it with other genres. I have had the opportunity to work with some makeup artists and models in Toronto, Canada, for the last two years (since 2019) to create stunning editorial photography, and based on our collaboration, I have about five photos published in Selin magazine until now. Moreover, participating in the FAT Toronto photographer team in May 2022, RAW Artists Canada in March 2022, and TKFW in October 2021 were great experiences.
Phew, that’s a long story about how I got to know graphic design and photography and how I improve them daily because I haven’t stopped yet, so it lasts till the future!
