The mission:
Sarang Nails & Beauty is a beauty salon that was constructed in downtown Toronto in early February 2021. They specialize in enhancing individual beauty with state-of-the-art technologies and personalized service.
The challenge:
The store was launched in the Covid time - the social distancing period. It was a difficult time to open a business if Sarang Nails didn't have a good brand identity, which can impress potential clients and beat the competitors.
The project is considered successful when:
After about 6 months the salon has been opened (from June to December), traffic on the website is out of imagination: about 50 people visit the salon's website and resulting in about 30 in-store slots booked every day.
With a good brand identity, Sarang Nails & Beauty reaches a peak of 1,176 followers on Instagram in December 2021 after only 6 months launched.
Competitors research:
_ Most beauty salons in Toronto don't pay attention to their brand identity.
_ Competitors usually use an unsuitable logo for their brand: template logo, outdated logo, too complicated logo, etc which makes the logo not unique and unremarkable.




The real logo is built for the store which is located in downtown Toronto.
